With a Northeast wind and a buddy not able to go Walleye fishing last night, I thought I might be getting some much needed catch up sleep. WRONG! The wind laid down at sunset and switched SE. Told the wife at 9:30 that I would be out another night fishing, which was met with a displeasing look. I headed out alone around 10 PM and by 1:30 had caught my limit of Lake Erie Hawg Walleye. As I went to sleep around 4 AM; fish cleaned & froze, boat cleaned up & put away, I thanked God for the wonderful fishery that I am so fortunate to live so close too. LAKE ERIE.
