Today we did very good trolling spoons and Rapala J-7"s . The lake was very flat. Casters didn't do so well.

Today we struggled hard. The fish just didn't want to corporate. It was hot and sunny though. Little to no wind. Nice day to be on the water.

The last couple of weekends have been very good fishing. We've been doing well trolling, casting and dragging bottom bouncers.

Today fishing was best at first light, tapering off, as the day went on. A few boats did well with weapons, so I think the Jig bite is almost over.

REPORT 5-1-10

Fishing was a bit slow today as compared to our previous trips. We still managed 14 nice Walleye though! We will probably be switching to worms by next weekend.
